Who we are
The Sant Pau Learning Campus offers a multidisciplinary team made up of professionals from the healthcare, educational, technological and management fields, as well as specialists in organisational psychology and interactive content production.
We work together to improve education at the Hospital, focusing on the needs of professionals and the organisation.
We collaborate closely with Hospital departments to identify needs, propose improvements and develop new educational projects.
We support the design, planning, production and implementation of active learning experiences with a real impact on clinical practice.

- Objective and needs briefing.
- Definition of the creative concept.

Educational consulting
- Programme definition.
- Learning pathways.

- Instructional design: design of activities and spaces (physical and virtual), learning strategies, selection of technological tools, assessment method.
Digital and Audiovisual Production
- Content production.
- Configuration and organisation of the virtual classroom.
Communication and Promotion
- Advice on communication and participant recruitment.
- Campaign planning.
- Management of activity coverage and dissemination.
Delivery
- Management of registrations, schedules, spaces, equipment and suppliers.
- Academic support (directors, tutors, students).
Accreditation
- Management of accreditation and resolution of incidents with the promoter (face-to-face activities).
Infrastructure
- Search and booking of spaces.
- Preparation of classroom materials (simulators, consumables, etc.).
- Coordination of suppliers (anatomical specimens, waste management, post-activity cleaning, etc.).
Financial management
- Financial monitoring: cost allocation, invoicing, payments.
Wrap up and Evaluation
- Academic wrap up (evaluation of the activity, participant satisfaction assessment, learning outcomes and impact).
