Appointment scheduling instructions

• It is not necessary to come to reception when you finish a visit, in case you require follow-up, we will schedule the next visits and tests for you directly.
• You will receive an SMS with the confirmation of each schedule (with date and time).
• If you have more tests and visits, you will receive one SMS for each schedule separately.
• If you have been prescribed a blood test or a test that requires instructions, you will receive documentation by post.
• To change the day or time of the visit or to cancel the visit, you can call or leave a message at Telephonic Citation, calling +34 93 556 57 75 or send an email to citacio_telefonica@santpau.cat

Note: remember to provide your personal data in these messages (name, surname and date of birth) and we will contact you.

Attendance receipt management

• Patient: you can obtain your receipt directly from the appointment manager device.
• Attendant: you can obtain your receipt at the reception.
