The Learning Campus or Campus d'Aprenentatge was created to be an integrated centre for all teaching and training at Hospital de Sant Pau.

Since the Internship Unit, new collaborations have taken place for an open framework agreement with:

- AECS_IFMSA Spanish Association of Health Sciences
The internship unit has managed the internships of 11 of its own employees, finding them internship placements in Sant Pau that allow them to combine their work with their studies.

We are the centre in Catalonia with the highest number of places among the first 100 places in Medicine awarded in the whole of Spain: 1 in Cardiology, 2 in Dermatology and 1 in Neurosurgery. We have had 32 places awarded within the first quartile of their specialty (32%).

The number of attendees is growing while the number of hours provided is kept.

A total of 3.781 professionals (counted as single users) completed at least one training course within Sant Pau in 2024, which represents 70% of the workforce.

66% of night shift professionals completed at least one training course during 2024. Proportionately, more professionals on the afternoon and night shifts are trained than those on the morning or split or variable shifts. Most night shift professionals access the training online.
